Signalbox Directory
Appliance status uses authenticated reports received within five minutes. Chat service status checks public discovery, trusted encryption and the assigned chat domain separately. Service availability does not confirm user sign-in or messaging. Chat counts are unique online accounts from fresh appliance reports; Admin counts are distinct users with authenticated activity in the previous minute, reported by the appliance. A dash means no supported current count is available.

Proxy / WireGuard Hostnames
Addresses signalboxes use to reach the SignalBox proxy service. The secondary address provides a fallback when the primary is unavailable.
Chat App Discovery & Sync
These are the primary and backup addresses for reaching Gatekeeper, which provides connection information and shared settings. The chat app is designed to use these names on first setup, then only when every saved IP address fails: primary first, backup second. Chat-app integration is still pending. Signalboxes and SignalBox Relays also use Gatekeeper to enroll and synchronize settings.
Chat App Connection IPs
IP addresses used by chat apps to find Gatekeeper and synchronize SignalBox routes and connection information without a DNS lookup. The chat app is designed to try these IPs in order whenever it needs Gatekeeper, and use the hostnames only if all IPs fail. Every successful authenticated connection will refresh the list. Chat-app integration is still pending.
Chat Service Domain Name
The base domain used in chat account addresses. Gatekeeper combines it with each organization ID to assign that signalbox’s chat hostname. Changing an existing domain starts a guided migration. The old domain stays active while Gatekeeper checks DNS and issues trusted certificates. Every signalbox must confirm service, account and rollback readiness before cutover. Offline or failed signalboxes keep the switch blocked.
Global SMTP Email Service
Shared SMTP credentials used by Registered Signalboxes, SignalBox Relays, and Gatekeeper for service emails. Gatekeeper centrally manages these credentials and securely supplies them to authorized signalboxes and SignalBox Relays. Credentials are not exposed to chat clients.
AWS EC2 access
Configure the AWS account connection for SignalBox EC2 management.
What this connection does
Connect Gatekeeper to the AWS account intended to host SignalBox Relays and virtual appliances. Access is controlled by the IAM permissions you grant and the AWS regions you select.
This is separate from administrator sign-in, customer chat access and appliance enrollment. Verify connection confirms the AWS account identity; it does not confirm permission to launch EC2 instances or change security groups.
Automatic AWS setup is not available in this release. Saving this configuration does not create instances or change firewall rules.
AWS account
Gatekeeper will identify the AWS account after access is verified.

Default Proxy / WireGuard Settings
Set the relay connection template for future signalbox provisioning. No registered signalbox is required.
Saving or approving does not apply changes to signalboxes.

Issue an appliance enrollment key
Generate one key or a named batch of unique 16-character keys for PCs or virtual appliances. Choose the managed chat domain once for the batch. Email verification and a software license are required to finish setup.
Enrollment Batches
Revoke cancels unused and pending keys. Delete also hides the batch; audit records and already enrolled appliances are retained.
| Batch name | Domain | Keys | Pending | Enrolled | Status | Generated | Actions |

Issued appliance keys
Latest 500 records. Reveal an unused key below; revealing is recorded in the audit history.
| Reference | Enrollment key | Status | Issued | Expires | Appliance | Action |

License Key Management
Double-click a license or press Enter to view its details, key and QR code.
Restore an unused key or permanently remove it. Removed codes remain reserved and cannot be generated again.

Advanced publication and delivery
Prepare a configuration
Select a registered signalbox. New drafts are validated and stored privately.
Review drafts
Approval freezes the configuration and requests signing. It does not report successful delivery.

Import an application release
Upload a plain TAR application package, then describe its compatibility. Maximum 64 MiB. OS upgrades and database migrations are not supported here.
Release catalogue
An approved release is signed separately. Only published releases can be assigned. Retirement preserves artifacts and history for recovery.
Select a small test cohort first. Recent authenticated inventory is required; compatibility is checked again on the signalbox.
Signalbox delivery
Assignments are desired state. Device reports are shown separately and do not prove data or operating-system rollback.

Audit Records

Gmail Test Account
A dedicated receiving inbox for Gatekeeper’s per-appliance Chat Account Activation checks.
Why this page exists
Gatekeeper uses this dedicated mailbox to verify that account-activation email reaches each appliance’s intended recipient. Results are evaluated separately for every appliance.
What the check is intended to verify
The end-to-end check will verify email delivery, one-time-code confirmation, and binding to the target appliance. Gatekeeper continues to send mail through its configured SMTP service; Gmail is only the receiving test mailbox.
What appears here
This is not a general-purpose email client. Ordinary mail and messages sent from a personal account are not shown. The list is limited to Gatekeeper activation-test mail from its configured SMTP sender, addressed to this mailbox, with the subject “SignalBox Activation Test.” Only message metadata is displayed; email bodies and one-time codes are not shown. Gmail access is read-only.
Checking Gmail connection…
Only activation-test messages will be listed. Message bodies and verification codes are never shown.
Received activation-test email
Messages are filtered to the exact “SignalBox Activation Test” subject and the connected mailbox.

Ongoing health status
Not verified. Connecting Gmail and listing messages does not by itself prove activation, OTP confirmation, or appliance binding.
